Program Overview
The Computerized Accounting, Tax and Payroll course provides students with a solid foundation of current accounting and payroll practices.
This includes accounting and related clerks who calculate, prepare and process bills/invoices, accounts payable and receivable, budgets and other financial records. Students will learn basic and advanced accounting concepts as well as various aspects of accounting principles and theory.
Through training you will be introduced to accounting software.
Students will learn to work on Personal Income Tax, Small Business Taxes and Corporate Taxes according to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. Students will also learn the rules & legislation related to Canadian Payroll.
