Financial Assistance

Financial aid programs are available for those who qualify. Our College has 3 different financial aid options to help you make an affordable investment in your future education.

When it comes to paying the tuition at the Mississauga Career College, Our Financial Aid Officer will be able to guide you to the best option tailored to your own specific situation. The three main options are:

  • Scholarships
  • Second Career Program
  • Student Loan
  1. Scholarships: Up to 100% Available for Everyone. Scholarships are available for qualified applicants.
    MCC offers scholarships based on specific eligibility criteria and guidelines. We encourage you to apply for a scholarship while spots are still available.
  2. Second Career: 100% Funded by the Government for laid-off applicants.
    “Second Career” is an excellent option for recently laid-off employees, who require skills training to find work in high-skill, in-demand occupations. This option provides financial assistance to help students with some of the costs associated with acquiring training, including tuition and books.

Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

Medical Office Assistants are integral members of the health care team & perform many administrative & some basic clinical procedures

Personal Support Worker (PSW)

This program will prepare you with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate care to individuals with broad-spectrum conditions by assisting them with their activities of daily living

Pharmacy Assistant Diploma (PA)

You will learn pharmacy fundamentals, the relevant laws, communication skills, business management and employment strategies within the healthcare sector

Early Childcare Assistant (ECA)

The Early Childcare Assistant program was designed to equip childcare workers with valuable knowledge, skills and experience for employment as Assistants in day care or early learning centers.

Food Services Worker (FSW)

This program provides our students with experience in preparing and serving food in long-term care or similar facilities.

Computerized Accounting, Tax & Payroll (CATP)

The Computerized Accounting, Tax & Payroll course provides students with a solid foundation of current accounting & payroll practices.
